Manager Sales Operations & Support

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing tools, reports, metrics, and insights to enhance the efficiency of the sales force. Your primary focus will be on sales performance management and sales incentive computation. You will work towards ensuring that 80% of the front-end sales team's time is dedicated to customer-facing activities by optimizing back-end and non-value add tasks. In this role, you will take the lead on IT projects aimed at automating sales processes, improving data visibility, creating dashboards, and managing Management Information Systems (MIS). Identifying skill enhancement and training needs for the sales teams will be part of your responsibilities, and you will be expected to coordinate and provide necessary training sessions. Monitoring business hygiene and facilitating the successful execution of sales processes will also be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory) along with an MBA in Marketing. You should have approximately 6-8 years of experience in a Sales Excellence profile in any industry. Technical skills required for this role include strong proficiency in MS Office applications and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, or MS Dynamics. Problem-solving skills are essential for this position, and strong communication abilities are a must. As a Sales Operations Manager, you should be adaptable to changing environments and ready to take on new challenges. Leadership skills are not mandatory for this role, but the ability to lead IT projects and drive process improvements is highly valued.,
