Job Description

Responsibilities: As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic Sales Excellence & Operations Team, you will: Analyze sales processes across journeys and channels and work on programs to improve where required and ensure compliance with the existing ones Support the sales team with process improvements & tools to enhance sales productivity & ensure customer delight Work closely with Sales Technology, Engineering & Product teams to automates processes wherever feasible and drive adoption of automation tools Create programs to fuel growth basis performance variability across teams, geographies & channels Work with brand & growth teams on new initiatives, campaigns & partnerships to drive exponential growth Gather customer insights, understand the needs and share those insights with relevant stakeholders Create, execute and own an exciting R&R program partnering with HR for the sales and channel teams Identify opportunities to develop alternate channels of growth Keep a check on product mix & drive initiatives to improve ARPU and Branch revenue through upselling & cross-selling Track channel productivity, allocate resources in an optimum manner & create a channel growth plan Benchmark the industry best practices in sales at regular intervals and replicate the same in the organization through focused programs Profile/ Qualifications/Experience: Engineer + MBA from Tier I/ Tier II Institutes 2-4 Years of overall experience with an experience in frontline sales followed by strategy/project management with a demonstrated performance of driving growth for the organization through new initiatives Experience of program management and best practices (templates / trackers) to track project status, timelines, ownership etc Strong preference for someone who has worked in direct/consultative selling organizations (banking, insurance/ed-tech) with exposure to both offline & online channels along with SalesTech/Online Growth/Brand Deep understanding of the consumer business and experience in having worked in high volume consumer sales Must be metrics driven and analytical to identify trends, interpret data and strategically align business plans for growth Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills Extremely high ownership, self-starter attitude and ability to work in a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment Adept at establishing collaborative and trusting relationships with the business's key internal leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in for key initiatives
