Job Summary:

Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Referral Generation:

Identify, develop, and maintain a robust network of referring physicians, clinics, and medical practitioners.
Strategically target potential referral sources to increase inpatient and outpatient volume.
Organize regular CMEs, doctor meets, and outreach programs.

Sales Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust plans accordingly.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting both B2B (doctors, clinics) and B2C (patients) audiences.
Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for branding, promotions, and digital marketing.

Relationship Management:

Build long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare monthly reports on referral trends, revenue contribution, and market dynamics.
Use data analytics to improve targeting and optimize campaigns.
