Position Overview We are hiring 6 Digital Marketing professionals to strengthen Analah's digital footprint across India and the UAE. 3 positions Jaipur, India 3 positions Dubai, UAE (Real Estate marketing experience is mandatory) We welcome applications for Manager / Senior Manager / Vice President / Head of Marketing roles but only if you have prior, hands-on marketing experience in one or more of the following sectors: Private Equity Insurance Real Estate Financial Products / Investments Note: Freshers, please do not apply. Only experienced professionals who understand industry-specific content will be considered. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase qualified organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits across financial and real estate domains. Collaborate with content creators and business teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and high-performing digital content. Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Social Media Optimization (SMO) Plan and manage social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Create platform-specific campaigns to engage investors, distributors, and partners. Develop content that clearly explains complex investment or property offerings . Measure engagement and optimize performance across geographies. Content Strategy & Industry Understanding Create and position content that communicates Private Equity, Insurance, Real Estate, and Financial Product narratives effectively. Work with product, research, and sales teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in all digital messaging. For Dubai roles: Proven track record in real estate digital marketing (property campaigns, project launches, or investor lead generation). Understand financial terminology and compliance , ensuring all digital assets meet regulatory and brand standards. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs: organic reach, engagement rate, CTRs, and conversions. Present monthly performance dashboards and insights to the Co-Founder / CEO. Continuously refine campaign strategies based on analytics and business goals. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 310 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SMO, or performance marketing). Mandatory: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following verticals: Private Equity / Venture Capital Insurance / Financial Products / PMS / AIF Real Estate / Property Marketing (Mandatory for Dubai applicants) Proven success in organic growth, social engagement, and qualified lead generation within investment-focused businesses. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz , and social media analytics tools. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot / WordPress CMS , and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Understanding of local SEO, regional targeting, and multi-country campaign management. Soft Skills: Deep understanding of financial and real estate content able to translate complex topics into engaging marketing narratives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving. Ability to work independently and report directly to leadership.
