Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development efforts focused on referral generation in the hospital industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referring doctors, healthcare professionals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to drive patient referrals to our hospital. This role requires strong strategic planning, execution capabilities, and knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Referral Generation: Identify, develop, and maintain a robust network of referring physicians, clinics, and medical practitioners. Strategically target potential referral sources to increase inpatient and outpatient volume. Organize regular CMEs, doctor meets, and outreach programs. Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust plans accordingly. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting both B2B (doctors, clinics) and B2C (patients) audiences. Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for branding, promotions, and digital marketing. Relationship Management: Build long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and service delivery. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly reports on referral trends, revenue contribution, and market dynamics. Use data analytics to improve targeting and optimize campaigns.
