Job Description

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and key customer segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Review and monitor sales performance against set targets; provide guidance and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with the production, design, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer account health.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing, advertising, promotional campaigns, and product branding activities.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials brochures, catalogues, social media content, videos, and presentations.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the companys products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Support product development initiatives through market feedback and customer insights.
  • Regular interaction with

    end users, power utilities, EPCs, and industrial

Technical / Product Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of

    Control & Relay Panels, Protection & Automation Systems, and related electrical products

    to effectively position products in the market.
  • Understand the technical requirements of customer involve effectively in various technical discussions.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and foster a results-oriented work culture.

Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments for seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in

    EEE / EC

    , (preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    5 to 10 years

    of experience in

    Sales and Marketing

    , preferably in the

    electrical, automation, or power industry

    .

Control & Relay Panels, Protection Systems, or related industrial products

Skills Required:

    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
