Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive patient acquisition and achieve revenue targets for assigned location.
Develop and strengthen referral networks with doctors, corporates, and community partners.
Plan & execute local marketing initiatives, health camps, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets.
Collaborate with operations & clinical teams to deliver seamless patient experience.
Coordinate with branding team for consistent marketing communication.
Lead, guide, and motivate the local sales/marketing team to achieve KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
8 - 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital/diagnostics sector.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.
Team management and leadership experience is desirable.
