Manager- Sales/ KAM-Technology

As a Customer Relationship Manager, your role involves working in constructive relationships within target accounts. You will update potential business opportunities to the leadership team and meet with customers to understand their organization, requirements, and business objectives. Your responsibilities also include presenting solution proposals, engaging in negotiations, and closing deals with the support of the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Have day-to-day discussions with internal functions supporting the sales process such as Solution Design, operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, and Finance. Gather required input and coordinate actions effectively. - Work closely with customer operations teams to ensure quality and improve performance. - Facilitate best-practice sharing within the community, either within the sector or geography. In the process of strategizing, hunting, maintaining, team management, coordination, and solution designing, you will: - Focus on assigned target accounts and proactively pursue opportunities within them. Answer incoming RFQs with senior leadership. - Conduct internal and external research to identify customer's supply chain requirements and business objectives. - Develop a value proposition and high-level solution parameters based on customer requirements. - Create a structured plan on how to win the opportunity (win-plan). - Submit solutions to customers demonstrating clear business value, engage in negotiations, and close deals in consultation with the leadership team. - Collect customer feedback after opportunities and update the leadership team. - Work closely with the opportunity team throughout the sales process. - Collect and review input from the opportunity team (e.g., HR, IT, etc.), ensuring quality and commercial standards are met. - Act as an interface between customers and internal functions, collecting and distributing required information to all stakeholders.,
