Manager- Sales/ KAM-Technology

As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, both external and internal. Your key duties will include updating potential business opportunities to the leadership team and meeting with customers to understand their organization, requirements, and business objectives. You will also be required to present solution proposals, engage in negotiations, and close deals alongside the leadership team. In addition to working with customers, you will also need to engage in day-to-day discussions with internal functions that support the sales process. This will involve collaborating with departments such as Solution Design, operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, and Finance to gather the required input and coordinate actions. Working closely with customer operations teams to ensure quality and improve performance will also be a part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve strategizing, hunting for new opportunities, maintaining relationships, team management, coordination, and solution designing. This will require you to proactively work on opportunities within target accounts, answer incoming RFQs with senior leadership, and conduct internal and external research to identify customer supply chain requirements and business objectives. Developing a value proposition and high-level solution parameters based on customer requirements, as well as creating a structured plan on how to win opportunities, will also be essential. Throughout the sales process, you will collaborate with the opportunity team, collect and review input from various departments, ensure quality and commercial standards are met, and act as an interface between customers and internal functions. Your role will also involve collecting customer feedback after opportunities and updating the leadership team accordingly. Facilitating best-practice sharing between communities within the sector or geography will also form a part of your responsibilities.,
