As a Customer Relationship Executive, your role involves working in constructive relationships within target accounts. Your responsibilities include updating potential business opportunities to the leadership team, meeting with customers to understand their organization, requirements, and business objectives, presenting solution proposals, engaging in negotiations, and closing deals along with the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in day-to-day discussions with internal functions supporting the sales process such as Solution Design, operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, and Finance. Respond to incoming RFQs with senior leadership involvement. - Conduct internal and external research to identify customer's supply chain requirements and business objectives. - Develop value propositions and high-level solution parameters based on customer requirements. - Create a structured plan on how to win opportunities by developing a win-plan. - Submit solutions to customers demonstrating clear business value, engage in negotiations, and close deals in consultation with the leadership team. - Gather customer feedback post-opportunity and update the leadership team accordingly. - Collaborate with the opportunity team throughout the sales process, collecting and reviewing input from various stakeholders to ensure quality and commercial standards are met. - Act as an interface between customers and internal functions, facilitating the collection and distribution of required information to all stakeholders.
