1. JOB PURPOSE: Front line person with good Industry connect for achieving the Sales & Collection targets through active development of channel partners & Industry & Infra customers.
Interact closely with the reporting manager for all the sales & marketing activities.
To ensure business for flooring range of products form the customers of I&I segment.
To develop good and effective contacts with all the business partners for future business.

ARDEX ENDURA has a limited presence in I & I division in Rajasthan cluster and the incumbent should come up with new strategies to expand across customer segments and products and develop new applicators.

ARDEX ENDURA products are premium compared to several players and hence the incumbent should have the confidence to sell product of a superior for better realization to the organization.

Timely collection as well as consistency in Sales achievement.
