Manager Sales and Operations

As a Relationship Manager in the Cable TV Business, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Relationship management with non-performing LCOs through field visits as per the PJP. - Conduct discussions on Liner, FTD, and Churn performance. - Manage the productivity and performance of your team effectively. - Review SMS tickets and provide necessary support to the team. - Drive organic sales growth from existing LCOs. - Ensure the team is updated on Policy, Targets, and other Company Communications. - Prepare reports and provide updates to the Branch Head/State Head. - Coordinate with the team for STB Supply/Repair/CN/DN management. - Handle legal cases and STB recovery from Churned LCOs in coordination with the team. - Evaluate walk-in LCO service parameters for improvement. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate - Experience: 6-14 years in Cable TV Business, focusing on Sales and Operations.
