Roles & Responsibility:
1 -Relationship management | Field Visit (PJP) on non-performing LCOs.
2 -Liner, FTD, Churn performance discussion.
3 -Productivity and performance management of Team.
4 -Review on SMS tickets and support the Team wherever required.
5 -Organic sales from existing LCO.
6 -Update Policy, Targets and other Company Communications to the Team.
7 -Reports and update to Branch Head/ State Head.
8 -STB Supply / Repair/ CN/ DN management - coordination with Team.
9 -Legal cases and STB recovery from Churned LCOs - coordination with Team.
10 -Review walkin LCO service parameters.
Education Level:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience Required:
6-14 years in Cable TV Business - Sales and Operation
