As a Manager - Relationship Manager - Talent Attraction and Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and acquire top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India). With 10-12 years of recruitment experience, you will deploy unique strategies to identify the right talent and fulfill entry-level talent requirements, especially through the Campus Recruiting Program, thereby positioning EY as a preferred employer in campus settings. You will serve as a Recruitment Partner for Business Leaders, leveraging data insights to implement programs in areas such as Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, and Tools and Automation. By establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, you will provide expertise in domain subject matters, consult on recruitment strategies, and leverage data analytics to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Key responsibilities will include forecasting business requirements, planning sourcing strategies, acting as the primary point of contact for Campus Recruiting Programs, cultivating relationships with stakeholders and candidates, coordinating batch-wise joining of Campus Hires, leading recruitment-related projects, building sourcing capabilities, and tracking metrics. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with 10-12 years of proven recruitment experience, expertise in HR applications, and the ability to manage large-scale hiring processes. Strong analytical skills, team management experience, and the ability to engage and negotiate with multiple stakeholders are essential. Additionally, having a strong industry outlook, an eagerness to learn and adapt to global recruiting trends, and the capability to identify key business priorities will be advantageous.
