Manager - Right of Way

As a Right of Way (ROW) Manager, your role will involve monitoring and resolving ROW issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overall monitoring of ROW issues based on severity and ensuring their resolution - Supporting the development and compliance with National and Multilateral requirements - Maintaining cost efficiency, planning budgets, and managing assets - Ensuring ROW clearances to facilitate project delivery within scheduled timelines and budget - Collaborating with District Administration to address critical ROW issues and handling legal matters related to ROW in power lines - Obtaining orders from District Administration for land compensation - Monitoring ROW performance metrics, reporting to project management/senior management team, identifying risk mitigation strategies, and developing initiatives to establish industry benchmarks Your qualifications should include: - 8 to 15 years of relevant experience - Strong understanding of ROW issues and legal aspects related to land acquisition - Proven track record of successfully resolving ROW challenges and securing necessary clearances - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage competing priorities,
