Role Overview: As a Manager Research (Livelihood & Economic Inclusion) at Sambodhi in Noida, you will be responsible for managing research, monitoring, and evaluation projects across Agriculture, Livelihoods, Natural Resource Management, and Energy sectors. This role will be based at Sambodhi head office in Delhi-NCR and will involve extensive travel. Your work will include project management, execution, and business development, providing you with an exciting and challenging opportunity to contribute to high-quality multi-input development programs. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate projects by liaising with clients and field, data, and support teams at various levels - Prepare comprehensive resource plans for project activities, detailing human, financial, and time requirements - Manage project implementation and ensure data quality, including developing data collection instruments, recruiting field teams, delivering training, implementing sampling strategy, and conducting field practice sessions - Travel extensively to different project locations for monitoring data collection and field activities - Collate data, prepare data analysis plans, and analyze data using software programs like SPSS, STATA, SAS, EXCEL, CS Pro, EPI - Prepare detailed reports documenting research findings and deliver presentations to clients - Develop learning products for internal and external dissemination - Create proposals with quantitative and qualitative methodologies in response to requests from potential clients Qualification Required: - Postgraduate degree in Rural Management, Social Sciences, Social Work, Public Health, Economics, or related discipline - 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in Social Research & Advisory or Monitoring & Evaluation domains Additional Company Details: The role requires knowledge of research, evaluation, data analysis, and related aspects. You should have thematic understanding of various sectors in the social and development domain, ability to lead, plan, and manage complex activities, operate effectively in teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to travel extensively, high level of involvement, engagement, ownership, strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and strong interpersonal and negotiation ability.
