Manager - Research & Insights

As a Manager of Research & Insights at Accordion, your role will involve: - Conducting market and industry research to identify new business opportunities, potential leads, and industry trends - Performing various research analyses to monitor companies at risk of distress or financial underperformance - Producing high-quality research content such as reports, articles, and presentations - Delivering reports on sales activity, lead generation projections, and industry insights - Staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights - Supporting the creation of thought leadership materials and preparing reports - Analyzing large data sets, responding to research requests, and researching new leads Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in equity or credit research - Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders - Strong analytical and business writing skills - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus In addition, Accordion offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment where you can collaborate with prominent private equity firms, gain exposure to various industries, and have opportunities for career growth and leadership responsibilities.
