Manager, Research

As an Engagement Manager at GLG based in Mumbai, you will be required to be in the office 3 days a week during the US Shift timings of 5 pm to 2 am. Your role involves leading the Research Team in Mumbai to provide evening support for the APAC business. You will collaborate with a sophisticated client base, including institutional investment firms, consulting firms, non-profit organizations, Fortune 1000 companies, and colleagues throughout GLG. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing quantitative research projects for GLG clients - Creating effective partnerships across business functions - Translating complex client problems into actionable research objectives - Providing perspectives and insights to clients throughout the project lifecycle - Coaching team members on different communication styles - Identifying creative solutions and commercial growth opportunities - Driving service experiments to improve user experience Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree or higher - 5 years of experience in client service and/or project management in quantitative market research - Experience in a high-throughput, deadline-driven, client-servicing environment - Experience analyzing and communicating survey results to stakeholders Preferred qualifications: - Experience with questionnaire and survey writing/programming platforms - Strong writing, logic, and interaction skills - Ability to work in a fast-moving environment - Excellent conceptual and analytic skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) is the world's insight network, connecting clients with powerful insights from a vast network of experts.
