Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of research projects, ensuring that all activities are aligned with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage multiple research projects, offering expertise and guidance to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality research outputs and adherence to project objectives .
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of research initiatives, including resource allocation, project scheduling, and setting priorities to meet organizational and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers , addressing complex issues as they arise and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting on project progress and outcomes, providing timely updates to senior management and customers to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that research activities are integrated with broader organizational strategies and initiatives, contributing to overall business goals.
Management Responsibility:
  • Manage a team of colleagues .
  • Lead, direct and review the teams work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department .
  • Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives ; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress .
  • Understand and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team .
  • Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage and promote colleague success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities .
  • Provide primary input and recommendations on staffing decisions for the team .
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's or advanced degree
