Job Description

As a Renovation Project Manager at one of the largest and most premium film and retail entertainment companies with several screens across about 40 cities, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage planning, scheduling, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and budgeting for multiple hospitality sites. - Oversee project scheduling, cost tracking, and approval of variations. - Finalize subcontractor bills, conduct rate analysis, and prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. - Supervise material reconciliation and procurement schedules. - Lead end-to-end renovation project execution including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Civil, Interior, and fit-outs. - Approve layout drawings from consultants, architects, and interior designers. - Prepare project completion schedule to ensure timely and quality work execution. Your qualifications for this role include: - BE in Civil Engineering with experience in hotel industry renovation project management. - Good knowledge in MEP, Architectural Finishes, Luxury Interiors, Fit-outs, etc. The annual compensation for this position is 15 LPA.
