Job Description

You will be responsible for managing planning, scheduling, BOQs, and budgeting for multiple hospitality sites. Additionally, you will oversee project scheduling, cost tracking, and variation approvals, as well as finalizing subcontractor bills, rate analysis, and MIS reporting. You will also be in charge of material reconciliation and procurement schedules, and managing end-to-end renovation project execution including MEP, Civil, Interior, and fit-outs. Approval of layout drawings from consultants, architects, and interior designers, as well as preparation of project completion schedule to ensure timely and quality work execution will be part of your role. The ideal candidate should have a BE in Civil with exposure to hotel industry renovation project management. You should possess good knowledge in MEP, Architectural Finishes, Luxury Interiors, Fit-outs, etc. The annual compensation for this position is 15LPA.
