Job Description

Ways of working:

Mandate 3 Employees will work fulltime from their base location

The role will report into the General Manager for FR Channel in the Instamart Team.

Responsibilities

Own & manage the payment to first order/tenth order funnel
Manage the performance of regional onboarding executives & regional reliability
telecallers.
Ensure 100% lead connectivity & utilization
Should strategize & carve out initiatives for improving performance of agents
Should lead & work with cross functional teams to create products for a seamless
onboarding experience for delivery partners.

Desired Skills:

Prior experience in building these channels in e-commerce or other allied industries is a
must
Candidate should have displayed a never settle mindset, moving fast and hustle to get
things done
Stakeholder management skills and win-win mindset
Worked in dynamic environments and ability to deal with ambiguity
Managed large scale operation teams
Analytical and data oriented decision making
