We are seeking a Dealer Manager to drive business growth for our Slurry Pumps division in India. This position plays a key role in building and managing a network of dealers and agents, ensuring a strong and sustainable sales presence across the country. The role also involves supporting product localization efforts, ensuring locally produced equipment aligns with both domestic and international market expectations in terms of specifications and price points. Team Structure: You will be part of the India Sales Team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the manufacturing, proposal, and aftermarket support teams. This role requires cross-functional coordination with product, service, marketing, and supply chain teams, as well as third-party dealers and agents across India. Role & responsibilities : Strategy & Sales Planning Drive overall sales through external channel partners (dealers/agents) within the assigned territory. Monitor dealer performance and initiate corrective action plans where needed. Develop and implement structured training programs for distributor teams to build capabilities. Ensure sales targets, KPIs, and business plans are in place and regularly reviewed. Dealer Network Development Identify potential dealer candidates and support negotiations and onboarding as per company's standard contracts. Propose and implement territory development strategies. Ensure adherence to company's distributor policies, processes, and tools. Operational Responsibilities Act as the primary interface between external partners and internal teams (manufacturing, proposals, aftermarket, etc.). Provide guidance on brand promotion, events, and exhibitions. Collect and disseminate market intelligence related to distributors, customers, and competitors. Manage special projects related to sales enablement or network development. Expected Outcomes: Signed distributor contracts and current, accurate price lists across the Indian dealer network. Pre-contract checklist completed and approved before onboarding any new distributor. Business plans implemented with focus on inventory, sales growth, and support capabilities. Regular submissions from distributors including: Annual Business Plan Sales Targets Monthly Sales Forecast (for both services and equipment) Bi-annual Distributor Evaluation Reports with development recommendations Effective implementation of training initiatives for distributor personnel. Preferred candidate profile: Proven track record in achieving and exceeding business targets. Experience in the pumps or other mining equipment sector. Strong knowledge of distribution and channel sales management. Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Fluent in English (verbal and written); fluency in a local language is advantageous. Bachelors degree (preferably in Engineering or Business Management). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; experience with CRM or ERP tools is a plus. Willing to travel extensively within India.

The team works in close collaboration Learning Design & Development managers, specialists, technical trainers and subject matter experts from organisation academy and other parts of the global organization. The team is capable to produce engaging, high quality technical learning contents for all forms of training, ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos etc. Role & responsibilities Understand the business needs and learner profiles to define learning objectives and instructional design concepts and structures that support learning. Design engaging high quality learning solutions for ILT, VILT and eLearning, in collaboration with Learning Design & Development managers, subject matter experts, content specialists and other stakeholders. Create storyboards and scripts based on technical documentation and other source materials to meet the defined learning objectives Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the learning solutions are aligned with product specifications and business requirements. Maintain project documentation and course folders. Report the project progress according to agreed principles. Participate in development projects related training and learning tools, processes and practices. Team lead for the team of instructional designers and content specialists Preferred candidate profile: Education: Bachelor of Arts/Engineering/Communication/Marketing. Technical writing skills. Experience in storyboarding and script writing of technical training materials for different training types (ILT, VILT, eLearning, video). Experience in working with global customers and stakeholders in technical field (Mechanical/mining engineering/heavy industry background is seen as advantage).
