Manager - Referral Sales

As a Sales Associate at our company, you will play a vital role in achieving assigned targets and objectives related to referral sales. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the team in actively seeking out potential referral sources such as current clients and satisfied customers to generate leads and referrals. Building strong relationships with existing customers and providing exceptional customer service will also be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Update customers about the company's products or services, emphasizing key features, benefits, and value propositions to encourage them to refer potential customers. - Clearly explain the referral program details, including any incentives or rewards offered for successful referrals, to motivate potential referral sources to participate. - Maintain accurate records of referrals received, including details of the referral source, contact information for referred prospects, and the status of follow-up activities using SFDC. - Be accountable for closures of all alternate channel leads. - Achieve the channel's revenue and profitability quotas through various initiatives. - Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and customer requirements to pitch suitable products effectively.
