About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Manager Real Estate Finance to join our Real Estate Finance team. This role combines business development, credit evaluation, deal structuring, and portfolio management. You will work closely with developers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders to originate, structure, evaluate, and execute real estate financing transactions while ensuring strong risk management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Origination

• Identify and originate new business opportunities with real estate developers and builders, primarily in the MMR region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, financial intermediaries, lenders, legal advisors, chartered accountants, and consultants.
• Manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and business targets.

Deal Structuring & Execution

• Assess project feasibility and borrower creditworthiness.
• Structure real estate financing solutions aligned with client needs and risk parameters.
• Prepare detailed proposals, term sheets, and sanction notes.
• Lead negotiations on loan terms, interest rates, security structures, and repayment schedules.
• Handle end-to-end deal execution, including documentation, disbursement, and closure.
• Demonstrated exposure to handling and funding 2025 lending transactions with end-to-end execution understanding.

Credit Evaluation & Risk Management

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial, legal, and property evaluations.
• Identify and assess credit risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare financial models to support credit decisions and investment committee approvals.
• Track financial covenants and ensure compliance post-disbursement.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including project cash flows, pro forma statements, and DCF analysis.
• Prepare feasibility reports by analysing market trends, financial projections, and project risks.
• Create investment committee presentations and credit notes for internal approvals.

Portfolio & Relationship Management

• Monitor existing loan portfolios on a periodic basis to identify potential risks and take corrective actions.
• Manage ongoing relationships with developers, investment partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure portfolio performance and repeat business.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of real estate project financing and regulatory frameworks
• Financial modelling and credit analysis expertise
• Deal structuring and debt transaction experience
• Risk identification, mitigation, and covenant monitoring
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or related field (Real Estate).
• CA qualification , MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction finance, corporate finance, debt syndication, fund raising techniques.
