The Manager R&D drives the product development process from idea to
implementation to ensure products meet customers needs. Other job duties can
include determining cost efficient product formulations and ensuring that new
products are following food regulations. The role will also involve collaborating with
executive management and sales heads to better understand the organization's
target market and overall business strategy by ensuring the technical and
commercial viability of new products.
