Job Description

As a Deputy Manager/ Manager - Quality Audit in the US Healthcare sector, your role overview includes providing day-to-day direction to Lead Associates, ensuring Quality Targets are met by coordinating with all departments, designing and implementing the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance to contractual deliverables, and addressing team-level issues. You will be responsible for implementing initiatives and projects to drive performance, ensuring SLAs in Quality are met, supervising Assistant Managers Quality, designing and driving KPIs and KRAs of the team, and coordinating with all departments in implementing Quality Programs. Additionally, you will conduct projects to improve performance, develop plans to minimize costs and increase productivity, plan for manpower requirements, create process documentation, standardize processes of quality, conduct training for quality as needed, develop the quality team in accordance with the quality roadmap, and perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
