Manager QS, Purchase & Billing (Office Interiors Fitouts)

As The Manager for Quantity Surveying, Purchase, and Billing (Workplace) at Inpulse Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd., your role is essential in overseeing project cost estimation, vendor procurement, and project billing for corporate interior fit-out projects. Your responsibilities include: - **Quantity Surveying (QS)** - Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates based on GFC design drawings and site conditions. - Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility of materials and vendors. - Conduct rate analysis and cost benchmarking across various interior fit-out elements. - Monitor project budgets to ensure control on potential deviations and cost overruns. - **Purchase / Procurement** - Identify and qualify vendors in Ahmedabad and nearby markets for various trades. - Develop and manage a strong vendor and contractor base for all relevant trades. - Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, conduct negotiations, and issue POs in alignment with project scope. - Track delivery schedules, maintain procurement trackers, and manage vendor relationships. - **Billing & Documentation** - Review and certify subcontractor RA Bills and Final Bills based on site progress. - Coordinate with site teams for billing cycles validation and proper documentation. - Ensure compliance with contracts, deductions, and maintain billing logs and MIS reports. Your key skills and competencies should include a strong knowledge of interior fit-out project execution, expertise in cost estimation and vendor billing procedures, familiarity with technical specifications, excellent vendor management and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - 4 to 7 years of experience in QS, Procurement & Billing in the Corporate Interior Fit-Out industry. - Hands-on exposure to mid-scale and large-scale corporate office projects is highly preferred.
