To support and coordinate with the design team and Projects team in preparing due diligence reports, Design ecosystem from space planning to concept design. KPI: Technical drawings, GFC drawings, tender drawings and on-site design engagement to ensure we achieve 3D to Actual philosophy. Vendor & Design co-ordination. Design presentation, client stakeholder management and weekly site report, engaging with clients along with the Projects team to ensure the design is well translated into site execution. To adherence to the propose schedule and time. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline 3–5 years of interior design experience with Workplace Design & Build (D&B) or Corporate interior contracting firms. In-depth knowledge of furniture systems, civil & interior design concepts, MEP activities and allied tasks. Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning Able to develop and present design concepts at short lead time AutoCAD proficiency is essential. Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera, MS Office and project management software tools. Key Skills: Proven ability to manage commercial interior projects within tight timelines and budget constraints. Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, especially in construction and interiors. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Ability to multitask and handle cross-functional responsibilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
