Manager-Purchase

• Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans aligned with company goals.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality materials at competitive prices.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and capital goods.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and finance departments for smooth coordination.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
• Implement cost-saving measures and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and present purchase reports and MIS for management review.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in purchase, preferably in the steel manufacturing sector.

Preferred Candidate Location:

• Candidates from Doraha, Sirhind, Ludhiana, Khanna, or Mandi Gobindgarh will be given preference.
