Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Internal Influencer Network/Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining the internal, global Enterprise Technology Influencer Network in Microsoft Teams and managing the Tech Tips Viva Engage community. This lead will drive employee engagement, growth and business impact through innovative content development, end user engagement and present analytics and results to key stakeholders. This role requires a blend of social media marketing expertise, technology curiosity, excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with a passion for social media and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the membership of the Enterprise Technology Influencer Network and Tech Tips Viva Engage community.
- Create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our internal audiences and align with our brand values.
- Foster a vibrant community by encouraging active participation and collaboration among network members
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the Influencer Network and Viva Engage communities, leveraging data to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Present analytics, insights, and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to demonstrate the impact the communities are having on company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in workplace technology to ensure our network remains relevant and effective.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders such as technology Product Managers (PdMs) and Brand, Marketing & Communication (BMC), to deliver and amplify key campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Provide support and training to network members to help them maximize their local influence and contribution to business impact.
- Align to the projects and site teams to deliver key messaging within the Viva Engage Tech Tips community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, internal technical advocacy, or a related role.
- Proven track record of growing and managing online communities or networks.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of individuals.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and content that aligns with company branding. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with short video scripting and production is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Teams and Viva Engage (formerly Yammer), is required.
- SharePoint Online content creation and formatting experience a plus
