Urgent requirement for Project Manager for Pune Location
Experience: 10 to 15 years. Qualification: BE/ME (Electrical/Electronics/ E&TC) Experience should be in Automation Project Management. Salary: No bar for right candidate Work experience in Siemens products, and all type of Panel integration and manufacturing. Job Summary: The Automation Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering automation projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves leading cross- functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end automation project lifecycle including planning, development, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with business goals. • Identify automation opportunities and work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans. • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions (process automation). • Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and organizational policies during implementation. • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including status reports, risk assessments, and change management logs. • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. • Coordinate with vendors, technology partners, and internal IT teams for seamless integration and support. • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the automation team members and end-users. • Report project progress and escalate issues to senior management as needed. • Strong knowledge of automation projects in all segments, strong command on programming and development. • Excellent project management skills with hands-on experience in project management tool or method. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Knowledge of compliance standards and data security best practices.
