Manager - Project Management (PMG)

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for studying the requirements from specifications, drawings, and standards. You will need to thoroughly analyze all technical requirements and ensure coordination with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams. Your duties will include organizing kick-off meetings, planning and scheduling using tools like MS Project and Concerto, budgeting, project monitoring, and reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare plans using MS Project and upload them in Concerto - Budgeting and monitoring project progress - Communicate status reports effectively - Interact with customers as required - Manage time and scope effectively - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans - Handle negotiations to resolve conflicts and prioritize tasks - Adapt to changes in project requirements - Manage procurement activities including BOM details consolidation and PO placement - Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of projects - Oversee the complete execution cycle from project initiation to 100% contract completion Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to adapt to changing situations - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project - Experience in procurement and production management - Knowledge of risk management principles Please note that the above job description focuses on the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role.,
