Job Description

As a Manager-Project Management & Metrics, your role is crucial in overseeing governance and control metrics for the entire lifecycle management of Intragroup agreements (ICAs) within the organization. Your skillset should include project management skills to ensure timely delivery, good communication skills for global coordination, ability to design metrics, dashboards, and analyze data, coaching junior members, and stakeholder coordination. Any background in drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - ICA Product & Platform: - Design/enhance the platform/tools for designing ICAs and associated KPIs/KRIs/SLAs. - Drafting & Lifecycle Management: - Coordinate drafting, review, execution, and periodic refresh of all ICAs and technology-related support models. - Ensure timely execution of ICA technology-related roles, responsibilities, and commitments. - Cross Functional Coordination & Execution: - Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Tech, Finance, Operations, Tax/transfer pricing, and business teams. - Work with regional leads to understand local regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. - Lead service mapping efforts and implement monitoring processes. - Regulatory & Audit Readiness: - Inventory regulatory obligations impacting intragroup relationships. - Ensure ICAs comply with industry/regulatory frameworks, tax laws, and requirements. - Maintain audit-ready ICA documentation for tax authorities or internal audits. - Process & Technology Enablement: - Develop and manage a centralized ICA repository. - Track version control, signatories, amendments, and annexes. - Training & Playbook Development: - Build and maintain ICA policy, templates, and guidance materials. - Conduct training and onboarding for stakeholders. - Force Majeure & Change Management: - Define force majeure and change control clauses. - Monitor business changes requiring ICA updates. Your role is essential in ensuring standard, consistent, compliant, transparent, scalable, and well-controlled oversight of ICAs aligning with business operations reality, regulatory obligations, and tax/transfer pricing policies globally. Your contribution will be key in driving the success and efficiency of Intragroup Company Agreements within the organization.,
