Manager - Project Management Deliver projects within the expected CQT (Cost, quality & time) Compliance with HSE requirements in project execution. Project revenue & CM management Coaching & Development of PM Satisfaction of stakeholders (i.e., internal & external) Your responsibilities Deliver projects within the expected CQT (Cost, quality & time) Maintains constant communication to customers, suppliers, contractors, or other stakeholders & build strong relationships. Represent & lead FLS team in project review meetings & other customer meetings. Monitors continuously the status of all assigned projects through regular project reviews & takes control actions on periodic basis to keep the project on track. Assist PMs in resolving issues and moving forward. Perform risk analysis of the project and develop risk management plan. Review and update this on a regular basis. Shall be responsible for the revenue delivery from the project/(s) under his/her control. Shall be responsible for deploying cost control measures & driving cost efficiency within his/her scope of projects. Review and approve change requests from engineering for scope variations. Coordinate with the project stakeholders and adopt a problem-solving approach. Use effective Contract management skills to FLS interests through effective claims management. Coordinate with the field services team to have the right allocation of service advisors during project construction phase. Perform Project closure after commercial closure with customer & perform After-action review. Promote the culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the companys operational activities Documenting lessons learned, auditing corrective action and classifying changes for subsequent analysis What you bring You are a Global project Manager or Engineer or have a comparable background. Your previous career has provided you with experience within the cross field of technical sales and customer relations and project manager You are used to foreseeing and solving potential problems. You are proactive and have a structured approach to your tasks, enabling you to handle several cases at a time. You have a cross-cultural understanding and can communicate with people of different nationalities and professional backgrounds. You have experience with SharePoint and/or the Office 365 package including project tools like team binders and Prima Vera Education Qualification Bachelor s Engineering degree from a reputed university. Mechanical specialization would be preferred. Experience 12 to 15 years of experience in project management Experience in Engineering / Design / procurement knowledge in plants equipments will be an added advantage.
