Job Title: Project Engineering & Commissioning Manager Renewable Energy (PV & BESS SCADA) Location: Chennai Experience: 810 years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy (Masters preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Project Engineering & Commissioning Manager to lead end-to-end execution of Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects with SCADA integration. The role involves managing engineering design, project planning, cross-functional coordination, and site commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians Oversee PV + BESS system design, equipment selection, and regulatory compliance Manage SCADA integration and communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3, etc.) Drive project execution within time and budget Plan and execute commissioning and performance validation Prepare technical documentation, drawings, BOMs, and As-Built reports Key Skills: PV + BESS system design and commissioning SCADA systems & communication protocols AutoCAD, ETAP, MS Project (or similar tools) Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC standards Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills Preferred Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 (Optional) Industry: Renewable Energy / Power / Energy Storage Interested can reach out to mugesh.marimuthu@russelltobin.com
