Manager-Project & Contract Management

As a Manager of Project & Contract Management at LTPO-L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions in Vadodara, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and procurement of materials. Your role will involve: - Managing the complete procurement cycle of materials, from RFI and RFP/RFQ stages to final delivery at the site, covering Boiler Pressure Parts, Structures, Hangers, Piping, Valves, Non-Pressure Parts, BOIs, etc. - Liaising with customers for MDCC issuance, Billing Break-Up (BBU), manual submissions, drawing/document approvals, and resolution of project-related issues. - Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely submission and approval of vendor drawings and technical documents. - Collaborating with vendors and contractors to execute projects within the approved budget and timelines. - Preparing Billing Break-Up (BBU) to ensure steady and positive project cash flow across the lifecycle. - Managing budget planning for project cost, invoicing, and collections to maintain financial health and control. - Analyzing Cost Variance Reports to track and highlight favourable and adverse deviations. - Handling change order and claim management with customers and vendors, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of price variation, insurance, and other claims for timely settlement. - Conducting post-award contract analysis, documenting key conditions, and critical performance parameters aligned with techno-commercial and contractual terms. - Developing and implementing project execution strategies in alignment with contractual obligations and milestones. - Drafting and managing contractual communications with customers, including notifications related to time extensions, change of law, force majeure, and other key contractual events. - Identifying and assessing project risks and opportunities, formulating mitigation or enhancement strategies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
