Manager - Production -Tablets & Capsules Mfg

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling production activities according to the monthly production plan. Your role will involve monitoring and controlling the manufacturing department to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Investigating complaints, recording deviations and incidents, suggesting change control processes, handling non-conformance, returned goods, product recalls, vendor audits, and external testing laboratories audits. You will also be responsible for assessing their impacts, reviewing reports, and monitoring the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Participating in the qualification of utilities, validation programs, self-inspections, and ensuring compliance with the required standards. - Reviewing and checking departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), overseeing their revisions, and ensuring their proper implementation. - Conducting training and development sessions for departmental staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Reviewing and checking validation and qualification protocols as necessary. - Performing investigations and Root Cause Analysis to identify and address issues effectively. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs (RA), Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA), Packaging, and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. - Managing manpower and troubleshooting problems as they arise to maintain smooth production operations. - Qualifying machines for production use. - Reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) during manufacturing processes and after completion. - Submitting Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
