1. Ensuring Monthly Production targets are met.
2. Coordinate with PPC and ensure availability of Materials and Drawings.
3. Carry out Monthly and Daily plan of the Production activities.
4. Plan Manpower requirements for the month.
5. Ensure Production cost is within the Planned Production Cost indicated for the Project.
6. Optimise Consumables and reduce the Consumable per MT for the Unit.
7. Carry out Preventive Maintenance of all P&M with the help of the Maintenance team.
8. Ensure the best quality products are dispatched from the plant.
9. Be responsible to ensure zero Quality Costs and Rework.
10. Ensure Welding and Painting is of the highest quality of the Material Fabricated.
11. Ensure Production is carried out to the required Seque Role & responsibilities.
12. Responsible for overall Cutting, Fit-ups, Finishing, Painting and client coordination.
