Manager Production

As part of a global team, you will be involved in overseeing and coordinating production line activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and resolving any issues that may arise. By optimizing production processes, maintaining equipment efficiency, and implementing technical improvements, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production operations. Your responsibilities will include creating reports and records of production processes, tools issues performance, and inventory, sharing them with managers, and providing suggestions to enhance safety, productivity, and quality. You will also be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating documentation related to operating procedures and safety and quality standards, supervising and directing production line workers, training new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will participate in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes, monitor equipment and process reliability, and provide engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities. A degree or equivalent experience is desired for this role. To excel in this position, you should possess knowledge and skills in areas such as Quality Management, Analytical Thinking, Planning and Organizing, Process Improvement, Talent Management, Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Safety, and Production Training. Your ability to utilize quality management methods, tools, and techniques, analyze organizational problems, plan and organize tasks and resources effectively, and maintain focus on continuous process improvement will be critical for success.
