Job Description: Manager - Production (RFL 9)

Location: Relaxo Footwears Limited (Bhiwadi) | Near Delhi-NCR Region

Reporting To: AGM - Production

Experience: 1012 Years |

Education: B.Tech / PG Diploma / Diploma in Footwear Technology

Required Profile: 10+ years in large-scale footwear production. Expertise in technical processes, team management, financial acumen (cost/inventory), and EHS compliance is essential.

The Manager - Production will lead all manufacturing operations for the assigned unit (BA-1011/SFG-1011), driving performance across efficiency, quality, safety, and cost control. This role demands a proven leader capable of achieving rigorous production targets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Achieve high MAPE Compliance and manage PPMD to maximize daily output. Drive Reduction in C% (waste/cost) through sustained improvements.

• Cost & Inventory: Minimize Variable Production Cost and reduce material variances (I/O Booking). Lead initiatives to reduce WIP and manage SLOB inventory effectively.

• Quality & Process: Ensure FTR (First-Time Right) targets are met, manage 6S/Safety audits, and achieve zero/minimal accidents. Promote Shop Floor Development via mandatory Kaizen/OPL submissions.

• NPD & HR: Ensure on-time NPD Launches and adherence to standard placement processes (M1-M3). Drive targets for Female Employment Ratio and Conversion of Contractual Roll workmen to company rolls.
