Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Product Development Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development engineering and a proven track record of success in the insurance industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new products and features that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Analyze data and metrics to measure product performance and inform future development decisions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of product development principles and practices.
Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a product development or engineering role.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems is desirable.
