Manager Procurement (EHV Substations)

As an experienced professional in SCM/Procurement, specializing in EHV substations, you will be responsible for leading procurement activities for 132/220KV substations at Electro Control Systems (ECS). Your role will involve negotiating with vendors and contractors, developing a supplier database, monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating closely with project teams to address procurement needs. Additionally, you will assess and select suppliers based on quality, cost efficiency, and reliability. Qualifications & Experience: - B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. - 3 to 8+ years of experience in SCM/Procurement, preferably in solar power contracting, MEP, or EPC companies, with a focus on EHV substations. - Strong negotiation skills with vendors and contractors. - Deep techno-commercial understanding of electrical EPC project requirements. - Extensive supplier network and industry contacts. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team-driven environment.
