Manager – Procurement

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Procurement to oversee procurement operations within the civil construction domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing and purchasing construction-related materials, vendor negotiations, and implementing ERP-based procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil construction projects.
• Source and procure a wide range of materials including building materials, interior materials, office furniture, stationery, food materials, and more.
• Work closely with the project team and department heads to understand material requirements.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation using ERP systems (SAP/Ready ERP).
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Monitor market trends and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation in MS Office and ERP procurement modules.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum qualification).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/Ready ERP, MS Office, and other procurement packages.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Deep understanding of construction procurement cycles.
• Analytical thinking and cost optimization strategies.
• Ability to handle multiple procurement categories efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
