Means of achievements- Planning of activity done based upon requirements Activities
are monitored Evaluation of work done and review of resources done for planning
Direction and guidance given to achieve the targets
End results- To meet customer requirement Effective utilization of resources
Action-Conversion hours of die - hrs for mfg
Means of achievements- Evaluation of better process and implementation Establish
and monitor the best and economic work practices Coordination with supply module,
design for getting the required materials and improved design/process
End results- To reduce the manufacturing cost
Action- Reduction of rework in manufacturing
Means of achievements- Develop the awareness to reduce rework Data collection and
analysis of rework data and finding out the root causes Corrective actions to reduce the
rework based upon analysis of data
End results- To reduce the manufacturing cost
Action-Reduction in tooling consumption cost
Means of achievement-Monitor the tool consumption pattern Reduce the insert
consumption by improving the incoming material machinability Control the damages
Method improvements and implementation of the economical tooling solutions
Action-High customer satisfaction
Means of achievements-Adherence to the customer schedule Gather the customer
dissatisfaction points and take the corrective actions Maintain the required quality
stand ards Fulfil the customer requirements as and when arises
End results-High customer satisfaction for future growth
Manufacture and modify the dies required for the organization for new and existing models at different sectors
