Manager

You will be leading the end-to-end development process for Prius Auto Industries, India's leading manufacturer of injection molded, chrome plated, 3D & 7D mats, painted parts, sheet metal, and fiber auto components and accessories. Your responsibilities will include identifying and selecting appropriate materials, developing prototypes, conducting product testing, collaborating with the design team, and working with vendors and internal teams to design and develop tooling required for production. Your role will also involve optimizing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production challenges, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 12 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the automotive industry. You should possess strong knowledge in Plastic Injection Molding & Electroplating, hands-on experience with tooling design and development, familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection molding and thermoforming, proficiency in CAD software and other design tools, excellent project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.,
