Role Overview

The Presales Manager will lead technical solution design and presales activities for IT and network-based security system projects, primarily targeting government clients through tender based procurement process. The role involves collaborating with OEM’s, sales, and project teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and competitive solutions for government tenders and direct nominations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs/RFQs
• Design integrated electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, traffic management, smart city solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, and compliance matrices. 

Tender Bid Management

• Lead the preparation of technical documentation for bid submission in compliance with RFP requirements.
• Compile (Bid stitching) & Upload bid documents in compliance with RFP directions

Experience:

• 4-5 years of presales or solution design experience with System Integrator or Consultant in IT/network/security projects, with at least 2-3 years in government sector projects
• Strong knowledge of network design, security systems integration, and IT infrastructure
