Access Control and Badging Administrator

As an Access Control / Badging Executive at our company in Bengaluru/Hyderabad, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Badging Requests Management: You will be in charge of processing and fulfilling all badging requests through the ticketing system promptly and accurately. - Consumables Management: Your role will involve maintaining stock of badges, lanyards, holders, etc., and coordinating reorders when required. - Temporary Badge Issuance: You will issue and track temporary badges, ensuring accountability and proper documentation. - Issue Escalation: It will be your responsibility to report any technical or operational issues related to the badging system to the Access Control Lead. To be successful in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Access Control or Badging operations. - Good understanding of Physical Security Access Control systems and related terminology. - Proficiency in badging system software and related tools. - High attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
