Manager PPC & Order Management

The role involves project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and tracking for timely execution of orders. You will be responsible for liaising with customers, production, and quality teams to ensure on-time order execution. In production planning, you will develop and implement plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. Capacity planning will involve analyzing production capacity, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing measures to improve productivity in coordination with process engineering. Material planning will require close coordination with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. You will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, taking into consideration production volume, lead time, and resource availability. Monitoring and control of production progress, identification of deviations, and implementation of corrective actions to ensure smooth production flow are essential aspects of the role. Inventory management will involve managing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing storage. As a leader, you will be expected to motivate and lead production planning and control teams. Ensuring the accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and implementing Engineering Changes (ECN) will also be part of your responsibilities in this role.,
