Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Solution Design and Development:

Collaborate with partners to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Design and develop complex Power Apps applications using canvas and model-driven apps.
Create robust and efficient Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft products and third-party systems.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.

Process Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of automation initiatives.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Share knowledge and best practices within the organization.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Power Apps and Power Automate.
Explore new features and capabilities to enhance solution development.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in designing and developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power BI, Dataverse, etc.)
Proficiency in Power FX, Common Data Service, and Data connectors.
Experience with UI/UX design principles.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Technical Solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
